Going Abroad

The Master of European Studies (MAES) has established collaboration agreements with leading universities in China, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States. We offer selected students grants and opportunities to obtain fast track double master degrees in partner universities in Japan and South Korea. In collaboration with the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Faculty of Arts, and the Faculty of Economics and Business, MAES participates in international exchange agreements with the following partners:

The Master of European Studies (MAES) gives you the opportunity to make friends from all over Europe and the world. With students from 38 different countries and five continents in 2023-'24, we are a truly cosmopolitan programme. We offer different opportunities to study abroad: all information about the current opportunities will be shared with students sometime during the first semester. 

 

Additional semester at a university in- or outside of Europe

  • Extend your master's degree with one semester abroad at a partner university (with destinations ranging from Bologna to Tokyo). 
  • Apply between December and February. 
  • There are grants available such as Erasmus+.
