Research

Dominic’s main research field is international economic law, with a particular interest in development issues. His PhD project explores whether the rules on subsidies and countervailing measures imposed by the World Trade Organization find an appropriate balance between ‘policy space’ and ‘policy constraints’.  He also focuses on external actions of the European Union.
